Smart application for car insurance in the UAE market

Adinda Holdings Ltd., in partnership with Al Wathba National Insurance, launched the first smart car insurance application in the UAE, according to a press release that Emirates Today received a copy of.

The new application allows dealers to purchase car insurance policies and submit claims online, in addition to providing drivers with rewards for every day they drive their cars without accidents.

The "Hala" application aims to encourage customers to drive safely and to facilitate the recovery of insurance compensation for their cars through their own reward system.

Drivers who complete one year without traffic accidents can benefit from a large discount on the installments of the following years, in addition to immediate rewards after days of possession of a "Hala" document, such as free meals and discounts on hotel stays and gym memberships.

Hala CEO Walid Al-Deeb said: “We wanted to change the traditional practices in force in the insurance sector, as dealers are accustomed to dealing with companies whose role ends in selling insurance policies. ".

For his part, the Director of Operations at Al Wathba National Insurance Company, Anas Mestarihi, said: "We are keen to provide a high-quality experience and a smooth journey for customers at all levels, and to move away from traditional practices."
