In the first three quarters, the value added of the industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 1.2% year-on-year, of which the first quarter fell by 8.4%, the second and third quarters increased by 4.4% and 5.8% respectively, showing a good momentum of continuous and steady recovery.

　　The second is the development and growth of new business models and new models.

Accelerating the conversion of new and old kinetic energy and industrial transformation and upgrading, the high-tech industry is growing well. The added value of high-tech manufacturing in the first three quarters increased by 5.9% year-on-year. Since March, the average monthly growth rate has reached 9%.

The epidemic has spawned the development and growth of new business models and new models, and industries such as remote office and online education have expanded rapidly.

Big data, cloud computing and other industries are in the ascendant. In the first three quarters, revenue from software and information technology services increased by 11% year-on-year, of which revenue from big data services and cloud services increased by 16% and 7% respectively.
