Dubai Real Estate will organize a virtual conference on “Return of Markets” next October

The Dubai Real Estate Institute of the Dubai Land Department announced the organization of the virtual conference "Real Estate Markets Return to Life with New Opportunities", in cooperation with the Bahrain Businessmen Association.

A number of experts and speakers, and a group of representatives of the real estate sector, will participate in the conference, which is expected to be held on 18 and 19 October 2020, on the "Zoom" visual platform.

The conference aims to strengthen cooperation between the institute and the Bahrain Businessmen Association, in addition to discussing recent changes and developments in the presence and participation of experts and real estate professionals in the two countries, using the latest supporting technologies, focusing on discussing the challenges facing the sector, exploring future needs, and formulating appropriate tools to meet them, to ensure The real estate market continues to progress and prosper.

Hind Al-Marri, Executive Director of the Dubai Real Estate Institute, said: “Our organization of this virtual real estate forum is in line with the vision, objectives and strategies of the institute to develop and build the capabilities of workers in the real estate sector in the region,” confirming that a group of experts and lecturers will be mobilized to present working papers to discuss the best solutions to reduce the effects of the “Covid pandemic -19 »On the real estate sector.

For his part, the head of the real estate committee at the Bahrain Businessmen Association, Nasser Ali Al-Ahly, said that the virtual conference will be the first in cooperation with the Dubai Real Estate Institute, as it is an expert house in the real estate sector, and for its prominent role in developing and raising the professionalism of workers in the real estate sector in the region.

It is noteworthy that the Dubai Real Estate Institute has trained more than 300 professionals in Bahrain in various disciplines of mediation, management and evaluation during the past two years.

This conference comes to enhance communication and learning despite the pandemic conditions, and to consolidate the importance of continuous learning, specifically training and development opportunities related to crisis management in this sector.
