From the materials it follows that in 2021 expenses can be reduced by 8.5 billion rubles, to 76.1 billion, and in 2022 - by 9.1 billion, to 82.3 billion.

In addition, expenses for the Far Eastern and North Caucasian federal districts, as well as for the Arctic zone, can be reduced.

In 2014, the Russian government approved a federal targeted program for Crimea for a total amount of more than 800 billion rubles. 

In July, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin announced that a document had been signed to extend it until 2024.
