Approximately 110,000 vehicles such as Nissan "Selena" recalled Defects in transmission 17:43 on July 2

Nissan has notified the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of approximately 110,000 recalls, saying that there was a problem with the transmission control program in the wagon "Selena" and the like, and in the worst case, it could stop driving.

The recall targets are the two types of wagons, the Nissan Serena and the Nissan Randy manufactured by Nissan and sold by Suzuki, which were manufactured from July 2012 to December 2013. The total is about 111,000 units.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, these vehicles have a faulty transmission control program, which causes a steel belt on the transmission to be damaged during a sudden gear change, and in the worst case of continued use. It means that it may disappear.

We haven't reported any accidents so far, but there are 48 such problems reported nationwide.

Nissan will notify the target people by direct mail etc. from 3rd, and will respond to the program modification free of charge at dealers nationwide.
