What are the plans of the Israeli government to annex certain parts of the occupied Palestinian territories? The coalition agreement signed between Benyamin Netanyahu and Benny Gantz allows the Prime Minister to move forward on this issue from July 1. But the two coalition partners do not seem to be in phase on this issue. A new meeting held Wednesday evening between the two heads of the executive once again highlighted their differences.

It was the third meeting in four days. Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu and Yariv Levin, Speaker of the Parliament, for Likud. The Prime Minister alternating Benny Gantz and the head of diplomacy Gabi Ahskenazi for Bleu-Blanc.
On Wednesday evening, the four men met again to discuss plans to annex the Israeli government. They had already met for several hours Sunday and then Monday.
During this meeting, Benyamin Netanyahu would have presented four possible annexation scenarios, ranging from a 30% annexation of the West Bank to that of a few colonies. But his coalition partners still seem opposed to his plans, demanding in particular from him a commitment to implement the entire Trump plan, which talks about the creation of a Palestinian state.
The first two meetings on Sunday and Monday were held in the presence of the American ambassador to Israel. But the United States is now asking the two sides to agree.
For now, the two partners are preparing their weapons: Bleu-Blanc wants to develop a relationship of trust with Jared Kushner, the author of the American peace plan and son-in-law of Donald Trump. Netanyahu, he, threatens of the fourth elections from which Bleu-Blanc could come out a loser.
