The designed annual freight volume is 14 million tons in the near future and 20 million tons in the future. The total investment is 500 million yuan. The completion of the project will further enhance Beibu Gulf Port's ability to serve the hinterland, reduce corporate logistics costs, and enhance Beibu Gulf Port's overall competitiveness. It is estimated that after the project is opened to traffic, the logistics cost can be reduced by 6 yuan per ton, and the logistics cost of the enterprise can be reduced by at least 80 million a year.
