China News Service, April 9 (Xinhua)-Recently, Evergrande Real Estate in Pingshan, Shenzhen, issued the nation's first real estate sales blockchain electronic invoice. This is another new scenario of blockchain electronic invoicing that Shenzhen Taxation Bureau and Tencent Blockchain expanded together during the epidemic. In the first quarter of this year, Shenzhen blockchain electronic invoices have landed in two major scenarios, hospitals and home appliance retailing. More than 18 million electronic block invoices have been issued in Shenzhen, covering hundreds of industries including financial insurance, public transportation, retail catering, and Internet services.

The buyer who obtained the first invoice was a man who had been working in Shenzhen for more than ten years. The invoice for this house was stored on his mobile phone. For home buyers, blockchain electronic invoices are stored in electronic form and can be printed at any time, without having to be carefully collected like paper invoices.

Evergrande Real Estate, as a national real estate company, develops real estate all over the country, with a large number of corporate tickets and large face value. Single invoices of millions or even tens of millions are very common. The use of paper invoices requires companies to frequently go to the tax authority for business: including the maximum billing limit upgrade procedures, invoice increment application, and the purchaser ’s lost invoice to be reissued. The advantages of unlimited and unlimited electronic invoices on blockchain are attractive to large real estate companies. During the epidemic, with the support of Shenzhen Taxation Bureau and Tencent Blockchain, after three parties' remote development and debugging, Evergrande successfully launched the blockchain electronic invoice system.

At present, Evergrande's own online sales platform has achieved one-stop services for online house viewing, house selection, and house purchase. Nowadays, there are blockchain electronic invoice blessings, and customers can complete the entire house purchase process without leaving the house. Under the influence of the new crown epidemic, this type of "non-contact" model has become a new solution for housing companies in sales. Evergrande Real Estate considers that in the future it will also promote the application of blockchain invoices to properties, businesses and other fields.

During the epidemic, the Shenzhen blockchain electronic invoices were launched online at Aier Hospital, Gome Electric and Evergrande Real Estate. It can be seen that blockchain electronic invoices have gradually moved from scenarios with relatively low invoicing rates and invoice denominations (such as subways and restaurants). With the expansion of high billing rate and high denomination scenarios (home appliances, real estate), Tencent blockchain provides stable and efficient blockchain underlying technical support for this purpose. The advantages of blockchain electronic invoices such as convenience, easy storage, and unlimited online ticket use have greatly facilitated individuals and enterprises.

Since the launch of the first blockchain electronic invoice in Shenzhen on August 10, 2018, it has been piloted in many areas of livelihood, including nearly 15,000 registered enterprises including China Merchants Bank, Tencent, Vanke Property, Shenzhen Metro, and Wal-Mart. . The popularity of blockchain electronic invoices not only effectively reduces taxpayers' operating costs, saves social resources, and creates a healthy and fair tax environment, but also relies on the natural advantages of "non-contact" to provide taxpayers and Consumers ’personal safety is guaranteed.
