According to RIA Novosti, the delay applies to mortgages of up to 1.5 million rubles, credit for cars up to 600 thousand rubles, for consumer loans for individuals less than 250 thousand rubles, in addition to credit cards for individuals up to 100 thousand rubles.

It is noted that individual entrepreneurs can use the deferred payment for a consumer loan if its amount is not more than 300 thousand rubles.

The credit institution recommended that deferred payments be made only when customers are confident in reducing their official income.

April 3, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the provision of credit vacations for citizens, individual entrepreneurs and small businesses, who find themselves in a difficult situation in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection.

The Central Bank noted that if the borrower decides to take advantage of the credit holidays, interest on his loan will continue to be accrued during this period.
