The "Notice" states that since the outbreak of the New Coronary Pneumonia epidemic, relevant certification bodies have actively served manufacturers of anti-epidemic products such as masks and protective clothing, and have fully utilized the role of the quality certification market economy "Letter of Credit" and "pass for international trade" to help smooth entry of anti-epidemic products. It has played an active role in the international market. However, some organizations wantonly make profits, false certification or even buy and sell certificates, causing economic losses to enterprises, disrupting the order of the certification market, and affecting the smooth export of masks, protective clothing and other epidemic prevention products.
In order to effectively support the global fight against epidemic situation and standardize the order of the certification market, it is now decided that the market supervision department will carry out special rectification actions for certification activities in the field of masks, protective clothing and other epidemic prevention products, focusing on cracking down on certification violations such as false certification, buying and selling certificates .
The work focuses on the following four aspects:
Focus on investigating and punishing illegal acts of forging, fraudulent use, and illegal purchase and sale of certification certificates and certification marks. Focus on investigating and violating illegal activities that engage in certification activities in China without authorization.
