I. Test sample condition

A total of 9740 batches of veterinary drug residue testing for livestock, poultry and bee products were completed in 2019, including 9 types of products including pig liver, pork, milk, beef, mutton, chicken liver, chicken, eggs, and bee products. There are 90 types of drugs and harmful chemicals detected in 18 categories, including pig liver 1 and 2 types, pork 9 and 43 types, milk 5 and 31 types, beef 4 and 10 types, lamb 2 and 17 types, and chicken liver 2 and 20 types. There are 35 types of chicken, 8 types of chicken, 14 types of 5 eggs, and 58 types of 10 bee products. The sample source of livestock and poultry products covers 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities except Tibet; the sample source of bee products are Sichuan, Hubei, Henan, Shandong and Zhejiang.

Test results

Among 9190 batches of livestock and poultry product samples, 9163 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 99.71%. Among 550 batches of bee product samples, 547 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 99.45%.

(2) Test results of bee products. Nitroimidazoles were tested in 50 batches and 2 batches were exceeded; Tetracycline was detected in 50 batches and 1 batch was exceeded. Detection of chloramphenicol, aminoglycosides, fluoroquinolones, sulfonamides, nitrofurans, macrolides, dimethylformamide and its metabolites, fluvalinate, bromomethrin and its metabolites, etc. The results of 50 batches of samples were not detected or exceeded the standard.
