The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has revealed that it allows customers to provide complaints or comments on services provided by the authority itself or its employees.
The Authority clarified that this service is free and available to government agencies, companies and individuals, as it can be provided through the Customer Happiness Centers of the Authority, in addition to the Authority’s call center or through its mail and website, along with the application of the Authority, explaining that the documents required for complaints include a copy of the identity from both sides Or a copy of the passport for individuals, and a letter of authorization to sign, in addition to a commercial license valid for companies.
This came in the services guide issued by the «Telecommunications Regulation» today, and it includes all the services provided by the authority to customers, namely: government agencies, companies and individuals.
The total number of services provided by the «Telecommunications Regulatory Authority» is 60 services, about half of which are free services, while there is a clear discrepancy in the fees for providing paid services, where the fees for paid services reach a maximum of approximately 5500 dirhams.
