The company in question is HKC, a Chinese company that produces LCD panels for TVs.

Since last year, Korea is building a factory in Mianyang, Sichuan, with the goal of producing large-size OLED panels. More than 10 Korean companies, including LG, as well as small and medium-sized companies are participating in the supply of facilities for use.

Recently, HKC has forced some domestic partners to return to South Korean employees who have returned from the virus.

[HKC Partners: I was preparing to run the factory. (Single Corona) As the situation spreads, (we) have a lot of employees withdrawn.]

In Sichuan, where the factory is being built, 231 new coronas were confirmed as of now, and one of them died.

Nevertheless, HKC pressures Korean employees to penalize if their return is late.

Employees aren't doing this or that because of the employees who are willing to resign.

[We're telling you to come and die, but you can't go anyway. I'm still reviewing it… .]

Domestic partners informed the local government of the situation and asked for help, but no action has been taken so far.
