Emaar Properties announced yesterday the launch of the new "Crown Tower", the 44-storey residential tower, which sits on the vibrant Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, which decorates the downtown area of Dubai and features direct views of the Dubai Opera and Burj Khalifa. Hong Kong-based company, LWK Partners, has designed the new tower, which includes 440 one, two and three bedroom apartments, all overlooking Dubai's most prominent and attractive landmarks.

In its design of the tower, Emaar took into account all the details and elements that ensure the comfort of the residents, as it is a few steps away from the most prominent landmarks of Dubai, which include the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountain, as well as the Burj Park and Dubai Opera. Among the innovative facilities included in the tower is the pedestrian bridge that connects it from the side of the multi-use hall, with the tower adjacent to it, covered with reflective materials during the day and exposed at night.
