In its design of the Crown Tower, Emaar took into account all the details and elements that ensure the comfort of the residents, as it is a few steps away from the most prominent landmarks of Dubai that include the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountain, alongside the Burj Park and Dubai Opera, and only about 10 minutes by car from Dubai International Airport . The tower also has a direct entrance to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, as well as a courtyard designated for loading and dropping off the residents of the tower and taxi passengers. Also among the innovative facilities of the Crown Tower is the pedestrian bridge that connects it from the side of the multi-use hall to the tower adjacent to it, and is covered with reflective materials during the day and exposed at night.
