Emirates Airlines said it has transported about 58 million passengers over the past twelve months, since January 2019, to its modern fleet of Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft.

The company said in a statement that it has conducted an average of 3,500 flights per week, that is, more than 186,000 trips during 2019, and its fleet has covered about 885 million km, which is equivalent to 2,300 round trips between Earth and the Moon.

It stated that it has strengthened its network of routes to 159 cities, with the addition of 3 new lines: Dubai / Bangkok via Phnom Penh, and Porto (Portugal) in addition to daily service to Mexico City via Barcelona. It also increased the seat capacity, by increasing the number of flights or by using larger aircraft, to 12 stations within its global network.

Emirates and flydubai completed two years of successful partnership, traveling on their joint network to and from Dubai and through more than 6 million passengers since 2017.

And Emirates airline passengers benefit from continuing their travel smoothly, as they can reach 94 destinations within the network of flydubai airlines, while flydubai passengers can reach 143 destinations within the network of Emirates Airlines.
