According to the Central Bank, the net outflow of capital from Russia over the specified time decreased by 23.3% compared with the same period last year and amounted to $ 31.6 billion.

“The balance of financial operations of the private sector in January-October 2019 amounted to $ 31.6 billion ($ 41.2 billion in January-October 2018)," the Bank of Russia said.

Earlier, the newspaper Izvestia, citing data from the Central Bank, reported that remittances from Russia decreased for the first time in three years.
