The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), which will provide the Chamber with a range of exclusive privileges for citizens and citizens working in the private sector within the initiative of "Abshar".

The Dubai Chamber will provide additional privileges to citizens in the private sector to support job stability, which will contribute to enhancing the role of the Chamber in the implementation of the national agenda and advancing the development process in the country in coordination with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.

The agreement was signed by the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratization, Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, and signed by the Director General of Dubai Chamber, Hamad Buamim, and Assistant Undersecretary for National Human Resources Recruitment Farida Al Ali.

Programs and initiatives

The facilities offered by the Chamber will include discounts and competitive advantages in all Dubai Chamber services, programs and initiatives, including the Dubai Initiative for Emerging Enterprises, which includes the Business Partnership Network and the Founding Partner Program, Dubai Smart Entrepreneurs' Competition, Dubai Traders Program, support, guidance and information on business incubators, participation in training courses, workshops for entrepreneurs, Dubai Businesswomen Council, and other competitive advantages at the University of Dubai.
