In a statement, the Community of the Agglomeration of Le Havre (Codah) announced that school transport will not be provided Saturday, November 17, 2018.
"Due to the difficult traffic conditions expected on our territory, the Codah transport services will not be ensured tomorrow, Saturday, November 17, 2018," announces the intercommunality of Le Havre in a statement.
