The New York Stock Exchange ended in the green Wednesday after a hesitant session, between the encouraging quarterly results of several big names in the rating of IBM and United Technologies and persistent fears of global growth.
According to preliminary results at the close, the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 0.71% to close at 24,577.38 points and the Nasdaq, with strong technological coloring, appreciated by 0.08% to end at 7,025.77 points.
