"Today at 21:52 Moscow time, the engines of the Progress MS-24 spacecraft turned on to correct the station's orbit. They worked for 1314.56 seconds and gave out an impulse of 2.05 m / s," the state corporation said in a statement.

After the maneuver, the altitude of the orbit was 419.24 km above the Earth's surface.

On September 5, Roscosmos specialists docked Soyuz MS-24 with the transfer compartment of the Soyuz-2.1a rocket as part of preparations for the launch of a manned spacecraft.

On August 25, it was reported that Roscosmos recommended the main and backup crews of the manned spacecraft.
