It is specified that we are talking about the cosmonauts of the main crew Oleg Kononenko, Nikolai Chuba and NASA astronaut Loral O'Hara.
The backup crew included Roscosmos cosmonaut Alexei Ovchinin and NASA astronaut Tracy Dyson.
Earlier, Roscosmos determined the composition of the crews to prepare for flights to the ISS in the fall of 2023 and spring of 2024.
The prime crew of Expeditions 70 and 71 will travel to the ISS in September 2023 on the Soyuz MS-24 spacecraft.
