He is a 33-year-old Moroccan man.

The police found his trace thanks to his phone and a payment by credit card on the day of the accident.

The man had indeed bought syringes in a trade close to the place of the collision.

The second fugitive went to the Melun police station on Wednesday with his lawyer.

He is a man of French nationality, known to the police for drug trafficking.

The police will first seek to ensure that they are indeed the passengers of Pierre Palmade's car.
