Located in the marvelous Teatro Real, and managed by Life Gourmet Catering, it offers

a special menu designed by chef Ramón Freixa

himself that starts with pink salmon and sea bass in acevichada, followed by a tasty hake fritter with candied crystal pepper, to continue with steamed loin empanadas with pisto bell pepper hoisin.

For the main course, he proposes two options, each one more delicious.

On the one hand, red tuna belly tartare, avocado, fried eggs and nori seaweed in tempura, and on the other, a sweet glazed veal shank with mashed potatoes with Idiazábal cheese.

The dessert comes in the shape of a heart,

True to his concept of elevating the traditional recipe book,

his dinner for February 14 could not be less.

Antonio del Álamo, known for offering a local seasonal product, opted for artichoke stuffed with foie gras and glazed truffle with hollandaise sauce, and lobster tail with seafood salad as starters, to give way to the main course, which is chosen from Grilled golden red mullet with pumpkin purée or matured beef marrow sirloin.

Korean saam of almond pâté in shiso leaf with tamarind and peanut sauce, and aubergine milanese.

Lady Bongo celebrates Valentine's Day for the first time with an original gastronomic proposal full of exotic flavors, creating a

menu called "aphrodisiac" and a cocktail inspired by Polynesia.

To start heating up the evening, the starters will consist of grilled white asparagus with avocado hummus and winter sprouts and tuna tataki, watermelon juice, strawberry and basil.

For the main course, they offer two alternatives, a marinated duck magret, cassava and huancaína sauce, or the supreme of turbot in seaweed 'meunier', false beetroot gnocchi.

To finish, nothing sweeter and more sensual than some strawberries with dark chocolate sauce.

offers an evening centered around three starters to share, two main courses to choose from, and two desserts accompanied by an Italian wine.

a fried pizza with mortadella and pistachio and wild asparagus with a base of mozzarella and basil oil.

As a main course, a linguini nero with pomodorini and grilled squid faced with cappelacci di brasato in foie gras sauce and red wine reduction with crunchy leeks.

As a culmination, creamy chocolate with Maldon salt, oil and basil sprouts, or its mythical and delicious tiramisu.

The "Mexiterranean" restaurant in the capital welcomes lovers with a very special cocktail called "el amante", set, as expected, in the colors of love, pink and red, and made with a fusion of macerated mezcal in St. Germain raspberries, freeze-dried raspberries, raspberry foam, rose petals and lime.

To eat,

its chef Andrés Madrigal opts for a different experience, in which there is no lack of Ribeteado Sepúlveda suckling pig;

This restaurant brings the best of Cádiz to the capital thanks to the Austrian chef Manuel Auer

For February 14 they have created

two special cocktails,

wanted to celebrate the night of love with the Uzume cocktail inspired by Japanese eroticism, designed by Luca Anastasio based on Jinzu gin and fresh rose perfume.

To eat, chef Manuel Berganza has created a delicious dinner that begins with dishes to share such as gilda with quail egg, some tasty pan-fried clams and manzanilla, and an artichoke stewed in garlic with toasted almonds.

The main course is given a choice between Bilbao-style hake, baked potatoes and snow peas, or a grilled picanha with caramelized piquillo peppers and French fries.
