This morning, a strong wind with a maximum instantaneous wind speed of 19.7m per second blew at Jeju Airport and snowflakes flew.



Due to the ever-changing weather, some airlines have made a decision to cancel flights one after another from the afternoon.



Korean Air plans to cancel 28 departing and arriving flights from 1:00 PM to 5:45 PM.



Asiana Airlines (13:00-18:00), Air Busan (13:30-16:00), and Air Seoul (15:30-17:00) each canceled a total of about 60 flights.



Some airlines, such as Jeju Air, T'way, and Fly Gangwon, have not yet made a decision to cancel their flights.



An official from Jeju Airport and the airline said, "There are canceled flights due to bad weather conditions such as strong winds blowing at Jeju Airport and other regional airports." explained.
