At the nursing hospital, family members met in person, held hands, and shared affection.

15 minutes went by too quickly.

The bereaved families of the Itaewon disaster held a joint ancestral rite, and the favorite food of the deceased was placed on the ancestral table.

A family gathered and sat in the reception room of a nursing hospital.

[Did you cut your hair?

Her hair is shorter than last time?]

79-year-old Kim Ok-bun stroking her granddaughter's hair and holding her daughter-in-law's hands tightly, and the family members who had only seen through the window.

This is the landscape of a nursing hospital that celebrated the Lunar New Year holiday for the first time since face-to-face contact was allowed from October last year.

Compared to the long wait, the 15-minute visit is too short, but we make up for the disappointment by promising the next meeting.

[Song Ji-yeon/Nursing hospital visitor: It's a transparent window, but it's different from actually seeing it.

I'm more than happy.

Because I met my parents.]

In front of the carefully prepared ancestral table, I put on hanbok and bow deeply.

Families who have not seen each other for the first time in a while don't realize how much time is passing by asking how they are doing and sharing good wishes.

[Kim Dong-Hwi·Kim Seo-Hwi/Paju City, Gyeonggi Province: Let's have a good year this year while sharing good wishes. I think it's so nice to get together with my family because I feel like this.]

There were also families who felt the sadness of not being able to be together.

The bereaved families of the Itaewon disaster held a joint memorial service at the joint memorial altar at Noksapyeong Station.

Pizza, coke, and coffee that the deceased loved were also on the table.

They refilled their glasses one after another and bowed, but before they knew it, they burst into tears and burst into tears.

[Bereaved families of the victims of the Itaewon disaster: Please ask me why our children went in vain.

It's been over three months, and I don't know anything.]

The bereaved families expressed their hope that the truth of the Itaewon disaster would be resolved quickly so that next year's Lunar New Year's Day could be spent with a lighter heart.
