A fire broke out in a neighborhood park in Unnam-dong, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, and part of the reed field was burned.
According to Gwangju Gwangsan Fire Station and Gwangsan Police Station, at around 0:03 am today (22nd), there was a report that there was a "fire in the stream" near the riverside of Neighborhood Park in Unnam-dong, and the police dispatched and extinguished the fire in about 10 minutes.
At the time, it is known that the police who were dispatched to the scene put out the fire with a bucket, etc., when the fire engine could not enter due to the narrow access road.
The police are investigating the exact cause of the fire, believing that the sparks flew into the reed field while foreigners from China and Vietnam were playing firecrackers to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
On this day, reports related to fireworks were reported in various places in Unnam-dong and Wolgok-dong, Gwangsan-gu.
