However, Mr. A did not inform him to be careful and put another golf ball on the spot and made a full swing, and this ball hit Mr. B in the face.

The point where Mr. A hit the ball was only 10m away from Mr. B.

Mr. B, who was hit by a golf ball in his face, was diagnosed with 4 weeks of total damage, including damage to the cornea and iris, and a broken nose bone.

Mr. B, who lost consciousness, was taken to the hospital, but Mr. A was reported to have played all 18 holes, asking the golf course to replace the caddy.

In the first trial, Mr. A was sentenced to 6 months in prison and 2 years probation.

The appellate court pointed out that "Mr. A behaved morally reprehensible, such as continuing to play golf after his caddy was injured, and he was not forgiven by Mr. B."

He explained the reason for the commutation, saying, "I reported to 119 immediately after the accident, took measures so that Mr. B could be transferred to the hospital, and took into account the fact that most of the victim's medical expenses were covered."
