He was sentenced to 13 years in prison for murder in 2008 and served a long term, then released on parole in June 2021 and was spending a period of recidivism.



According to Article 35 of the Criminal Act, a person who has been sentenced to imprisonment or heavier punishment and has committed a crime equivalent to imprisonment or heavier punishment within three years after the execution is completed or exempted is punished as a repeat offender. can be weighted up to two times.



The judge said, “It seems that the victim felt extreme fear due to this case,” and “we took into consideration the fact that the investigation agency stated that some of the causes of the crime were also in the victim, and that the crime was committed during the repeat crime period.” I explained why.
