Last month, when the final decision of the Supreme Court to return the golf course site to the Incheon International Airport Corporation was not returned, the forced execution was launched.

In the end, the court completed the compulsory execution by putting a sign on only one golf course, and delayed the execution of other courses and facilities to a later date.



The lessee, who has operated a convenience store within the golf course, argued that it was an illegal act that threatened the right to live, and predicted fierce resistance in the next execution.



At the request of the court, the police, who deployed about 250 people, including a riot police, arrested eight members of a conservative group who protested against the selection of a new business operator by the previous government on charges of special obstruction of justice.
