Mr. Kim is a different person from Mr. Jeong Mo, the 'Villa King' who died in Jeju in 2021 after buying and renting about 240 houses.

The police pointed out Mr. Shin (39), the representative of a real estate consulting company, as the man behind Mr. Jung and arrested him on charges of fraud on the 12th.

Since the police launched a special crackdown on charter fraud in July, a total of 119 cases have been uncovered and 533 people are being investigated.

40 cases were investigated and 109 cases (26 arrested) were sent to the prosecution.

The police also identified five members of the National Solidarity for the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities (Jeon Jang-yeon), who assaulted a police officer while confronting a subway platform on the 2nd and 3rd, such as the Samgak area of Line 4, and requested their attendance as suspects.

So far, a total of 29 officials from the Jeon Jeon Yeon-yeon have been charged in connection with the subway getting on and off protest.

Of these, 24 were sent to the prosecution.

Regarding the disclosure of the list of victims of the Itaewon disaster, on the 3rd, we searched and seized the department in charge of the Seoul Metropolitan Government, which was pointed out as the route through which the list was leaked, to find out the details.

In addition, nine people have been arrested and investigated on charges of secondary assault on victims of the Itaewon disaster and bereaved families.
