Mr. A approached Mr. B saying that he would help him make money, and then forced him into prostitution by threatening to harm him if he did not do as he was told to do.



In particular, even though Mr. B refused by saying "I don't want to do it" or "I will go home", Mr. A dragged Mr. B to a motel or car with his accomplices and committed the crime while feeding Mr. B a high-caffeine drink to prevent him from falling asleep. went on.



During the trial, Mr. A's lawyer appealed, "The defendant, who was in another area at the time, was paying off his debt, and now he is a newcomer working diligently in Jeju, so please be lenient."



However, the court sentenced A to life imprisonment.



The judge said, "The victim hoped for a fairly strong punishment for the accused by expressing, 'I hope the participants will be punished by God.' The reason for the high sentence was revealed.
