We told you not long ago that a tenant moved out after piling up a pile of trash in the house.

In the end, the court came forward and ordered the garbage to be removed, and the amount was 60 tons.

The tenant who moved out is claiming that the garbage is also his property, so we have to store it in the warehouse.

Reporter Yang Jeong-jin of TJB will tell you.

The house, which was difficult to recognize whether it was a yard or a parking lot, is finally revealed.

Several times the excavator lifts the pile of rubbish and puts it into a large sacks.

Broken fans, dirty dolls, clothes and food waste, all sorts of items were poured out.

Mr. A, who was a tenant, left a pile of garbage and moved, and claimed it as his property, so his landlord, LH, could not clean it up, and the court eventually enforced it.

The amount of garbage alone is 60 tons.

[Victimized residents: I've had a lot of trouble with the bad smell and bugs, but now I feel good because I don't have to live in a polluted environment.] The

cost of removing the leftover garbage alone amounts to 13 million won.

Since the items removed in this way are still property, they are moved to a separate warehouse, not a garbage dump, and stored.

These garbage are stored in a warehouse designated by the court, and the additional storage price alone is 2.4 million won per month.

It takes two to three months for storage alone, and then six months for all of the auction procedures.

Legally, Mr. A, the owner of the garbage, has to bear all the expenses, but Mr. A is indifferent to all contact from LH.

Therefore, it is expected that the cost of garbage disposal and storage will be borne by LH, which owns the building, and LH will be able to throw away the garbage at the auction only when it wins a bid.
