Judging from the arraignment of a working-level civil servant in Seongnam City, who was indicted in September last year, and the contents of the written statement released by CEO Lee, the biggest issue is that the 16 billion won that Doosan Group, Naver, and Cha Hospital paid to Seongnam FC was a 'sponsor money'. It seems that it was ' or 'advertising expenses'.

Prosecutors questioned that these companies had paid 'sponsor money' to CEO Lee, then mayor of Seongnam, in exchange for requests related to permits and permits. It is said that they confronted each other by citing examples of other civic clubs, such as Daegu FC and Gyeongnam FC, which received billions of won for advertising.

Representative Lee answered mainly based on written statements submitted in advance and expressed his intention to finish the investigation by 6:00 pm. It is said to have been interrogated.

Previously, the prosecution listed Lee and his former secretary Jeong as conspirators in the indictment while handing over Seongnam city officials to trial.

However, CEO Lee said he did not know the contents of the document and is known to have denied the allegation of collusion.

At the same time, it was found that the mayor and public officials, who have no interest in advertising revenue, confronted with the logic that there was no need to attract corporate advertisements by mobilizing administrative power at the risk of criminal punishment.
