Mr. A threw her husband's dog outside from the veranda of a high-rise apartment in Ulsan at dawn in March 2021 and left it to die.
Mr. A thought that the dog gave birth prematurely and asked her husband to send the dog for adoption, but when her husband asked for a divorce, she acted like this.
It is known that the two met at a dog club and got married.
The judge explained the reason for the increase in the amount of the fine, saying, "I have not been forgiven by the husband of the dog owner, and the sense of respect for living things is weak, so the guilt is not light."
