The prosecution summoned Man-bae Kim, the major shareholder of Hwacheon Daeyu Asset Management, a private developer of Daejang-dong, today (6th) and resumed the investigation.
It's been 23 days since the investigation was stopped because of an extreme choice.
According to the legal community, the 3rd Anti-Corruption Investigation Division (Chief Prosecutor Kang Baek-shin) of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office summoned Mr. Kim, who is suspected of hiding funds in Daejang-dong, this morning and is investigating.
Kim made an extreme choice in his car parked on the road in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province on the 14th of last month and was recently discharged from the hospital.
Prosecutors, who have confirmed his health condition through various channels, believe that he has recovered to some extent and resumed the summons today.
