This video was filmed at an Apple store in California, USA.
Two black men wander around the store stealing products, including smartphones and tablet PCs, putting them in bags and pockets.
But none of the store employees stop them.
They are just staring blankly or filming with their mobile phones.
It turned out that it was in accordance with the company's security policy. California is a state where possession of guns is allowed, so if something happens in the store, it is the company's policy to immediately report it to the police and just watch.
