A six-month prison sentence has been confirmed for a man in his 40s who is accused of illegally filming a woman's body with a mobile phone.

The first division of the Supreme Court (Presiding Judge Oh Kyung-mi) confirmed the lower court sentenced to 6 months in prison for Mr.

In addition, the completion of an 80-hour sexual violence treatment program and the three-year restriction on employment at child and youth-related institutions and welfare facilities for the disabled were maintained as well.

Mr. A is accused of secretly filming the bodies of 19 women 101 times between June and July 2019.

Even on the day of her arrest, she was caught illegally filming with a mobile phone at a subway station and was caught by a police officer on duty at the station, and she was arrested as a red-handed criminal.

At the time of the arrest, Mr. A even knelt down and begged the police officer, but he was arrested on the spot when the police found about 100 photos illegally taken on 19 people for about a month on Mr. A's cell phone.

Mr. A, who graduated from the police academy, passed the legislative exam, the administrative exam, and the judicial exam, and was a person known as the 'legend of the ancient clock' and a three-crowned official.

However, it was confirmed that Mr. A was sentenced to two years of probation in August in prison for illegally filming in a women's bathroom in the past and was kicked out of public office.

In this crime, Mr. A committed the crime again during the period of repeated crimes, and the prison sentence was confirmed.

In February of last year, the court of the first trial sentenced Mr. A to a fine of 20 million won, taking into account the fact that Mr. A faithfully participated in the trial and had experience in psychiatric treatment, completed an 80-hour sexual violence treatment program, and restricted employment at child and youth related institutions and welfare facilities for the disabled 3 ordered a year.

However, the judgment of the second trial judge was different.

The second trial court sentenced Mr. A to six months in prison in August of last year, maintaining the 80-hour sexual assault treatment program and the three-year restriction on employment at child and youth-related institutions and welfare facilities for the disabled.

The second trial judge said, "I committed the second crime after 1 year and 7 months after the suspension of execution, and I illegally filmed 101 times against 19 people for a month." said.

In addition, it is said that Mr. A is sentenced to six months in prison in comprehensive consideration of the fact that he has a history of similar crimes several times and that he is reflecting on his crimes but does not properly reflect on the legitimacy of confiscating his cell phone.

Subsequently, the second trial court judged that there was a risk of escape and arrested Mr. A on the spot, and Mr. A objected by submitting an appeal on the day of sentencing.

The Supreme Court judged that the second trial judgment was justified and confirmed the sentence of Mr. A.
