In the statement released along with the video, Kara said, "A citizen who came across a video of animal abuse on social media hurriedly reported it to the nearby police box as well as the Yanggu Police Station for animal abuse. They only gave an absurd announcement saying, 'It's difficult to punish because of this,' and they didn't even officially file the case."

She continued, “Although animal cruelty is clearly a violation of the current law, the case was not filed, and the perpetrator was a case of a juvenile under the age of 14 who is protected by the Juvenile Act. "claimed.

At the same time, she said, "Animal abuse crimes occur in various forms regardless of age."

Kara, who submitted a formal complaint to the Yanggu Police Station, is currently receiving information about the whereabouts of cats who witnessed the abuse or were victimized in the Yanggu-eup area.
