Regarding Democratic Party lawmaker Noh Woong-rae, whose arrest motion was rejected by the National Assembly, the prosecution suspects that Roh received money from a businessman and found out what the request was.
Representative Roh's side is citing the data requested by related agencies as key evidence of the solicitation, and we have secured and verified the data.
This is the exclusive report of reporter Kang Min-woo.

Prosecutors believe that on July 2 of last year, Rep. Woong-rae Noh received 10 million won from a businessman named Park Mo with a request to help him with a photovoltaic power generation project on the site of an abandoned track.
One week after the solicitation, he actually requested related data from the National Railroad Corporation, which manages the abandoned track, through an aide.
SBS obtained and checked the contents of the data submitted by the corporation to Congressman Roh at the time.
It contains the current status of abandoned lines by region and the Corporation's position on how to utilize them as solar power sites.
Rep. Roh
has been protesting that he has nothing to do with the solar power project,
but [Noh Woong-rae/Democratic Party member (17th of last month): The standing committees related to the solar power project or railroad site, the Industrial Self-Defense Committee or the Land and Infrastructure Committee, did not.]
We suspect that the request for this kind of data is in itself the price of solicitation.
The National Railroad Corporation revealed that this was the only case that Congressman Roh requested for data in the 21st National Assembly.
Rep. Roh's side refuted that it was a normal legislative activity following a simple civil complaint, and that other institutions also requested a lot of renewable energy data such as solar power.
Justice Minister Han Dong-hoon has repeatedly stated that the allegations are proven.
[Han Dong- Hoon
/Minister of Justice: You say that you have never received any money. Then, shouldn't it be argued that it is a false announcement rather than an announcement of a suspected fact?]
It is a policy to decide between re-applying for a warrant or indicting without detention.
