“On November 25, a program for the development of cooperation in space activities between Roscosmos and the Chinese National Space Administration for 2023-2027 was signed,” the statement says.
The countries also signed a cooperation agreement on the creation of the International Scientific Lunar Station (ISLS).
On December 21, Roskosmos CEO Yuri Borisov announced that Russia and China had signed an agreement on work to explore the moon.
