On the 27th of last month, they went to the door of the house through the common entrance of the apartment in Gangnam-gu, Seoul where Minister Han lives, and were accused by Minister Han of trespassing and retaliatory crimes.



Representative Kang told the reporters before entering the courtroom, "If you look at the prosecution's warrant request, the act of visiting Minister Han's apartment was not acknowledged as coverage activities at all." The protection of the privacy of public officials was emphasized."



At the same time, he said, “I was just trying to ask what the Minister of Justice thought about the situation where the car of a public official was tracked and reported as a stalking criminal, and the search and seizure was carried out.
