Mr. A was put on trial for stalking by sending a total of 616 text messages to Mr. A, a woman in her 20s, who is the owner of a flower shop, for almost a month from August 4th to the 31st of the same month.



It was investigated that Mr. A visited the flower shop as her customer, and she felt a crush on Mr. B and continued to contact him.



Again, Mr. A said, 'I was wrong.

I also sent a text message to Mr. B saying 'I have no personal feelings for you'.



The judge pointed out that "the defendant was not able to feel personal feelings for the victim, the owner of a flower shop," and "revealed her sexual desire and obsession to the victim, a young woman, and persistently harassed her."



However, "the accused confessed to the crime and has no history of being punished for the same crime," and "considering that the stalking act stopped by sending a text message (without leading to an additional crime)," he was sentenced to probation for 2 months in prison. sentenced to years.
