Cho Se-hee, the author of the novel 'A Little Ball Launched by a Dwarf', which depicts the pain of the urban poor in the 1970s, passed away yesterday (25th).

Writer Jo Se-hee passed away at the age of 80 without being able to recover after fighting the disease after being confirmed by Corona last April.



The deceased, who made his debut in 1965 with the short story 'Boot Without a Mast', published a collection of 12 short stories called 'A Little Ball Launched by a Dwarf' in 1978.



Through the life of a 'dwarf' who symbolizes the weak in the city, the gap between the rich and the poor and class inequality are depicted in a poignant way.

has been 44 years since publication, and 1.48 million copies of 320 prints have been published, but the message the author throws is still valid.

His mortuary was set up at the funeral hall of Kyunghee University Hospital in Gangdong, Seoul, and the burial was on the 28th.
