Accordingly, among netizens, there are opinions in favor of the article, such as 'Everyone wears padding, but heating is necessary' and 'There is a limit to taking off even when it is hot', and 'There are many elderly people who are sensitive to the cold in public transportation, so we need to be considerate. ’, ‘People who are cold in summer and people who are hot in winter must endure it’.

According to the Seoul Transportation Corporation, of the 760,000 complaints received at the customer center last year, 58.7% were complaints related to air conditioning.

In particular, there are hundreds of complaints about 'hot' and 'cold' being received at the same time on the same train, so it is said that it is difficult to meet each individual request.

The construction said that the temperature is usually lower at both ends of the cabin, and that hot passengers move to both ends of the cabin.
