The flight to Gimpo, which was barely booked, was on the verge of being canceled due to the airline's unilateral notice.

of yesterday, 574 flights were canceled due to strong winds and heavy snow, and all passenger boats to and from Jeju were also controlled.



It is estimated that about 30,000 Jeju residents and passengers are stranded due to this heavy snowfall.



There was also a situation where it was impossible to enter Jeju because both the sky and water routes were blocked.



On the 20th, 415 middle school students and teachers who went on a school trip from Jeju to Seoul are unable to return to Jeju.



However, strong wind warnings and sudden change warnings are still in effect at Jeju Airport, and snow is also forecast, so it is unclear when flights will resume.



Korea Airports Corporation has asked airport users to check in advance through the airline whether they will depart or not.
