Seoul Yeongdeungpo Police Station received complaints from the parents of the victims on the 23rd of last month and started an investigation.
The police arrested Mr. A on charges of indecent assault and illegal filming and sent him to the prosecution earlier this month, but the prosecution saw that the investigation into the charges of illegal filming was insufficient and first applied only charges of indecent assault and handed it over to trial.
