From 9:00 last night, a cold wave warning went into effect in the central region, including the metropolitan area.



As the temperature dropped overnight, the snow and rain that had fallen since yesterday froze and the roads became icy.



The temperature in Seoul this morning is minus 9 degrees Celsius, and the wind is blowing, so the feeling temperature is expected to be below minus 15 degrees.



The day after tomorrow, the cold wave of Christmas will continue until this weekend, including Christmas, with the morning temperature in Seoul dropping to minus 14 degrees.



A lot of snow falls all over the country, especially in the central and southern regions.



In the central region, heavy snow warnings were issued in Chungcheongnam-do, including Cheonan and Asan, Sejong City, Okcheon and Yeongdong in Chungcheongbuk-do, and in the southern region, 14 Jeonbuk regions, including Gunsan and Jeongeup, and 16 Jeonnam regions, including Mokpo, Naju and Muan, and Jeju.
