Today (22nd) at around 3:29 pm, a train bound for Konkuk University Station on Line 7 stopped due to a breakdown.
Due to a vehicle breakdown, the line 7 Cheongdam Station → Taereung Station commercial line section was once controlled, but now both directions between Cheongdam and Taereung Station are suspended.
The Seoul Transportation Corporation said that after the breakdown, all passengers got off, and another breakdown occurred at Children's Grand Park Station while the train was being loaded into the vehicle depot.
An official from the Seoul Transportation Corporation said, "It is presumed to be a breakdown due to a power outage," and said, "We plan to restore it as soon as possible before work time."
