Nam-wook, a member of the Daejang-dong party, explained that the fact that he denied the lobbying allegations while expressing Lee Jae-myeong, the head of the Democratic Party of Korea before returning from the United States last year, that he "doesn't even work," meant that his subordinates did everything themselves.

Mr. Nam appeared today (5th) as a witness in the trial of the Daejang-dong development breach of trust held at the hearing of the 22nd part of the criminal agreement of the Seoul Central District Court (Judge Lee Jun-cheol) and answered the newspaper of Kim Man-bae, the major shareholder of Hwacheon Daeyu Asset Management (Hwacheon Daeyu). .

Mr. Kim's lawyer reproduced the contents of the interview in court today with JTBC, a general programming channel (comprehensive program), when Mr. Nam returned to Korea for investigation by the prosecution in October last year.

In an interview at the time, Mr. Nam said, "I watched him for 12 years, how many times have I tried, try? It doesn't even work," and JTBC reported that 'the person' Nam mentioned was CEO Lee. I did.

When Mr. Kim's lawyer asked, "Is this interview a lie?" while playing the video, Mr. Nam replied, "The wording (words) itself is true. Lee Jae-myung 'officially' doesn't even work."

When Mr. Kim's lawyer asked again, "According to the (recent) argument of the witness, (CEO Lee) did not eat a lot of seeds," Mr. Nam said, "The person below did everything. no,” he explained.

'I can't even eat seeds'

Representative Lee shared the contents of this interview with Nam on his social network service (SNS) in October of this year, saying, “Nam-wook, who interviewed that Jae-myeong Lee did not work for 12 years, recently said that Jae-myeong Lee gave funds for the presidential election before that. He said he made a statement to the prosecution, but what is the truth?"

Mr. Nam additionally testified today about the reason why he lowered his share of the private operator's stake in the Daejang-dong project at Mr. Kim's request.

Mr. Nam said that Mr. Kim asked him to lower the share ratio, saying, "If you are there, Mayor Lee Jae-myeong (then Seongnam Mayor) will not give you business rights," and he has claimed that he accepted it.

Kim's lawyer pointed out, "The witness said that he provided political funds to Mayor Lee Jae-myung (at the time), but if such a witness is disadvantaged, the witness may protest and expose the political funds."

In response, Mr. Nam replied, "That's why I think I left it without taking all my shares."
